You will receive a confirmation email. We will prepare your signed copy and ship it to the address provided.

Average preparation time is 3–5 business days.

Frequently asked questions

Is shipping included?

Standard domestic shipping is included for mainland Spain. For islands or international shipping, please email us before purchasing.

How do I request the dedication?

Specify the exact name in your email and, if you wish, a short note (birthday, gift, etc.). If it is a surprise, we will take care of it.

How long will it take to arrive?

Preparation takes 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit time. We will let you know when it ships and provide tracking when available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship outside Spain, although costs and delivery times vary by country. Email us before making the transfer and we will confirm the shipping surcharge.

Can I return a dedicated book?

No. Dedicated copies are personalised for each reader and, for legal and logistical reasons, cannot be returned once signed. A replacement can only be arranged in the event of a printing defect or shipping damage.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Once we receive your transfer and your email with the details, we will send confirmation within a maximum of 24 business hours.
